Built in 1270, the remains of Morlais Castle runs along the side of one of the holes out on the course.
Morlais Castle Golf is a venue to host a meeting or conference. The large conference room holds up to 120 people in a theatre style set up. The small conference room holds up to 25 people in either a theatre or boardroom style set up. The venue has extended views of the Brecon Beacons.
