Hotel with Meeting Rooms

The hotel is named after Englishmen Henry Bessemer, inventor of the first inexpensive industrial process of mass producing steel, which was first licensed in the nearby Dowlais Ironworks in 1865.

Situated in Merthyr Tydfil and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Bessemer Hotel is a family run hotel that offers 17 bedrooms and two function rooms. The largest room accommodates up to 100 theatre style and 160 for banqueting.
