Whether hosting a large conference, training course, meeting, exhibition or sports event Cardiff Metropolitan University has an extensive range of facilities and services available with friendly and experienced staff on hand to assist in all aspects of your event.

The newly refurbished Conference Suite at Cyncoed Campus boasts three dedicated conference rooms suitable to accommodate board meetings and training sessions for up to 80 people which are available to book all year round. All rooms are equipped with built in audio visual equipment and sound system.

The State of the Art facilities at Llandaff incorporate a purpose built Hospitality Suite, a 200-seat tiered lecture theatre and more than 20 break-out rooms, all centred around an impressive atrium exhibition space.

The Hospitality Suite is a contemporary and flexible suite of rooms furnished to a very high standard and suitable for a range of corporate meetings and events as well as evening functions, receptions and dining. Rooms are equipped with built in audio visual equipment and sound system, adjustable lighting and temperature control. The Suite has its own dedicated entrance and a spacious lounge area.

Cardiff Metropolitan University realise that food is an important component of a successful event and offer an excellent selection of menus to suit all dietary requirements including their ‘EatWell’ healthy eating options.

Throughout the summer period Cardiff Metropolitan University also offers bedroom accommodation and sports facilities. There are in excess of 500 en-suite bedrooms making it an ideal venue for groups and residential conferences. The sports facilities include the indoor tennis centre, swimming pool, astro-turf pitches and National Indoor Athletic Centre, which can also be used as a 5000m² exhibition space.
