Meetings Venue
The meeting rooms are located at the Civic Centre and the Information Station, both of which are within easy walking of the railway and bus stations, and the city centre. There is also easy access from the M4, junctions 25a, 26 and 27. The rooms vary in size and facilities. At the Information Station, just next to the train station, there are six small to medium rooms with smartboards, for up to twenty delegates, ideal for small training sessions and interviews. At the Civic Centre, there is a choice of 33 rooms with capacity up to 70 people, with a range of facilities such as smartboards, large monitors, pcs, conference phones and hearing loops.
